thats one of the major complaints i see with destiny 2. “this game makes me feel weak; i cant go to starter areas and one shot everything.” why would you want that. all it does is limit the lifetime of content.

i would have to say lvl 1. lvl 1 is usually the best level. in RPGs where you can select when to lvl up i find its always the most fun to see how far you can get with just the basics, no added benefits. its like eating sushi without soy sauce or wasabi. you get the intended flavors without meddling.

youre thinking of DYNAMIC resolution scaling. resolution scaling is just the act of up scaling or down scaling the resolution. some games have dynamic other games provide the option for users to set what scale they want.
