“states rights” has always been a “red states rights” thing... and more pronounced when Dems hold congress/POTUS. really its just a “dems arent allowed to govern” thing. as a blue city resident in a red state the state loves to get involved with everything from our city parks to our zoning codes.

and, really, that doesn’t make a difference.

i think the market for loot boxes got saturated quickly. the amount of players who would tolerate loot boxes was very limited to begin with, ie blizzard fan base. Publishers saw that Bliz was making all this money off lootboxes and thought they could do the same. but they forgot one important thing; they’re not
