You mean with crushing disappointment as the presents are never what you actually asked for/wanted but can’t actually complain because they were presents and the person who got them for you is sitting there, looking at you all expectantly?

Not only is this despicable, it’s testament to how ignorant and stupid these cretins are. Bad animation can be the result of slow tools, unfriendly tech, limited staff resources, and countless other factors (including but not limited to the fact that getting human faces to feel “human” is really friggin’ hard). That’s

Curious on you opinion on them locking in disc content behind amiibos. I didn’t care much til I saw the Twilight Bow... infinite light arrows, 4x the durability of any other bow, and no drop distance on arrows fired. Feels kinda frustrating when stuff like that was a reward in the game. Now it’s locked behind a

Aren’t all dlc maps and characters free though...?

This looks like every other 3D Sonic with a fancy new engine, so pass. IMHO 3D Sonic will never work, it just doesn’t translate like Mario does. The speed being a major reason why.

high-school aged Korean kids...

Still pointless. The game needs missions and goals, and some actual stuff to explore.

Boy oh boy am I in love with this game. I beat it this weekend and am seriously in withdrawal. Trying to ease the pain with Zelda but it’s not working. Bokoblins just don’t cut the mustard after fighting a couple of Thunderjaws at once. Or a tag team of corrupted Rockcrushers. Eff those things.

Of course my experience doesn’t represent everyone, but I found all the people I speak with regarding Tom Clancy games never bother mentioning any story, almost exclusively talking about gameplay and options. Heck, Siege didn’t have any story whatsoever, and it was probably the most popular yet.

Gamer friend who played it: Didn’t really like it because of some of the things you mentioned. Reads/listens to every line of text

Yeah I love that most are out of print, thus forcing you to resort to eBay where they are priced upwards to 60 dollars each, just to unlock items they removed from the game and locked behind a pay wall. Yay Nintendo.

I’m sure it’s inevitable for a Monster Hunter to come to the Switch. Hopefully, they use the hardware to it’s full potential, instead of porting over a 3DS version.

“There’s also the dubious canonity of Wolf Link, which can appear in Breath of the Wildif you have a Twilight Princess amiibo. While this evidence is shaky, if you count this appearance as canon, Breath of the Wildmust take place after Twilight Princess.”

Yeah I got pretty pissed off that weeks before the film came out there were all these ‘hot takes’ on how awful/selfish the main character was for waking up the character, when the repercussions of this was the actual focus of the movie!

That’s what happens when you actually watch a movie instead of crying about a premise lol

That’s what I found kind of weird about the film’s backlash. Everyone immediately hated on it when they HEARD what the conflict of the story was, but conflict is what makes a story. It’s interesting to tell this kind of story. Are you willing to live the rest of your life alone, inches away from people, or do you

I felt the same way when I saw it. I thought the movie was pretty badly misrepresented around here.

I recently saw Passengers, having been under the impression it was quite nasty and had an evil Chris Pratt character trolling women passengers to pick out the one he found most attractive to try and fool.

I quite enjoyed the movie. Watched it 3 times.

I feel like the Nemesis system really went over my head. I didn’t find that Scrigscrog the Orc really had any character just b/c he came to my notice through the system. He was just an orc that got to yell a few things the next time I saw him; it was really a stretch of the imagination for me to feel like I had
