I don't see the problem with this. I'd much prefer the iStore money, as I'm bound to spend it. I already have an iPhone, iPad and MacBook, so a new iPod would be useless to me...

I am very much a single player gamer. I usually completely disregard multiplayer segments of my games.
It would be REALLY cool if these random tidbits of information could spawn side missions and such. Like if you hack into some random person's bank records, see their embezzling from their company and bring them down. Or decide to blackmail them for some extra cash.
If you watch the press conference they mention something about him having "no aversion to violence" or something like that.
