Whut.

Now playing

Instead of just trying to include your significant other in your race team, why not encourage them to start their own? Case in point the Baja 1000 "Wive's" team as seen in the 2005 film Dust to Glory.

Is that you, John Travolta?

I can hear it now...

In honor of the sale, here's a photoshop I did for /r/photoshopbattles a few weeks ago. It's got to be worth at least a few hundred thousand, right?

Comcast customers?

Lulz. $2 million. White Center (Yellow, Pink and Lavender on Rose) by Mark Rothko sold for for $72.8 million in 2007.*

No. Not free, just not requiring a 2 year, $100/month contract that God himself couldn't get you out of.

Satire is fun.

What's that you want to exit the advert and get on with your awesome video? Too bad because the exit button is too small to accurately click and now you've opened a new tab to some strange website.

Before I used ad-block I never clicked an advert on purpose. In my eyes ads on websites only existed to annoy me. Blocking them drastically improved my user experience and nothing was lost for the website or the advertisers.

Won't someone think of all those poor, innocent victims being forced to eat their garbage?

The 600 meter tall ship strikes again!

Thanks, Supersize Me/CSPI.

I had the same conclusion as you at first. That was until I re-read the list above. With the exception of solar power and maybe the ev1, everything up there is the conclusion of countless dollars of research. Most are bullshit laws or policies put in place by the government.

Apparently she's everyone's Aunt.

Haha funny story actually. During my sophomore year of high school I dated a girl that I met in a bible study class we both took. She lived over an hour away from my house at the time and our parents didn't know each other that well. Our families, who became church pals, were chatting it up following a Sunday service.

Your link led me to the dailmail "cash-for-clunkers" article containing photos of the cars that are waiting to be crushed. I just noticed that among them is the twin of my beloved green e39 five series. Feels bad, man.

You misspelled "receiving subsidies".

No, everything mentioned above was a waste of both time and money for the consumer. Without them we would be better off.
