@sega8800: I think continuing what your doing now along with adding some kind of activity. Thinking about being more active helps me get motivated to walk or bike when I could take the bus or drive. Adding little things like that to your everyday routine can go along way. Calorie input vs. calorie output.

@Seeräuber Jenny: And some men don't. It's based purely on genetics. But the fact is that an extremely small amount of women are capable of large muscle size.

@Kevin Kuzia: I agree. The ability to bulk up is purely genetic. One must have the right muscle bed size, testosterone levels, tendon size, etc. Even things as small as hair color can have an effect on it.

I have a few issues with Mr. O'Conner's explanation. Let me see if I can explain a few.

Bourdain is the man. If you haven't already, read Kitchen Confidential and A Cook's Tour. Two of the best books I've read. And his show on the travel channel, No Reservations, has always been my escape from Iowa winters.

I use Air Mouse when I need to control my wall mounted tablet. Full qwerty keyboard, trackpad control, number pad and arrows. I'll have to give it a try with media center.
