@Rab39: As I said above, I'm not fan of cops, but there was nothing unnecessary happening here. The cop identified himself, the guy tried to pull away, and the cop pulled him back. The guy certainly didn't help himself either. Again, not a fan of cops, but this guy was just doing his job. Relax.
