My guess—he brake checked because he and a lot of the other bikers took exception to a car/truck/suv ruining their biker party. Watch the video leading up to the brake check—you see bikers passing around the SUV closely on both sides, sometimes passing him within his own center lane.

They stopped it there because that's where a felony was about to occur.

I saw these guys yesterday, the bikers, and what a pack of assholes they were. Splitting lanes on the highway at speed (70mph between 2 cars), cutting people off, They had me boxed in so I couldnt get out of an exit only lane so they could get off. Not saying they deserve to be hit, but they had it coming.

I saw the bikes heading North on Amsterdam yesterday. Much like the video I posted a couple months ago the bikes were running red lights and doing wheelies in the middle of traffic.
