suicidal? Xiaomi is one of the most tech startups, selling tons and tons of phones in Asia. They have been as studied as the 1+1 and they sell mostly in the same markets for very similar price points. It is not only not suicidal, but it has been very successful for xiaomi (and probably 1+1)

well, i wouldn't be surprised if One Plus One turned out to be using alot of patents and software without paying the due licences though, since China...
