I would agree but I actually find the MMO stuff soothing. I listen to podcasts/watch shows during the grindy moments, and pay attention during the story scenes. Totally worth it.

Fads rarely make sense.
It really is sad that it took a mediocre mobile game to get people to care about Pokemon again.
I know eveyrone’s having fun and getting exercise, but in some ways this is just a little pathetic; it’s almost like a live version of any zombie movie you’ve ever seen — but no one’s physically dead.
Pokemon Go was a mistake. I really hope this fad dies soon. I’m getting tired of it clogging up all the websites I use.
Hunt like crazy. They have a great system that places certain animals in appropriate areas. Also, fuck that mountain lion. You’ve been warned.
“The people promoting this game keep saying “boots on the ground,” likely to assuage the fans freaking out about Call of Duty turning into a space game.”
I avoided Gwent at all costs during my playthrough of Witcher 3. Fucking hated it.
They’re saying that all games will run on both and that both systems will support VR.
Did they deliver? Not yet. But get ready to squee! A release date was just announced, and it’s headed to PS4 and PSVita on October 25.
Or something you’ve worked years on.
Oh, it’s not really a big deal that you enjoy it more on PC. But I’m just saying it’s great even on consoles, despite not being as smooth as on PC. :)
Wow, the last pic looks like a jpeg you get from a 2mB Digital Camera circa 1999.
That's a great idea. I just wish we had more hours in the day! Binging and playing. Playing and binging!
That’s not imperial japan. That’s like edo japan. Imperial japan had guns, came much later and was super rapey and nobody is nostalgic about it.
The Halo fanbase will probably rip me a new one for saying this, but Halo Reach has by far my favorite single player campaign out of the Halo games.
Actually, I think those companies will continue to thrive because they tend to be good at sifting through the hatred and figuring out what’s nonsense vs. what’s genuine criticism that they should respond to. YouTube dislikes for a game that isn’t out yet = nonsense. Diablo III auction house = genuine criticism.
Totally agree, most of those who say they have to deal with 10 year olds talking about obscene things with our mothers are usually people in the public lobbies. If you don’t want to hear it, mute them, play with friends. COD has and will always be the frat party of gaming; loud, fast, obnoxious but a hell of a good…
I think the issue is bigger though. People today hate on fucking everything. We are just a bunch of cunts now as a society.
