Yes. The PS4 and Vita stay downloading instantly. The PS3 will download of you have it set to turn on at a certain time and check for updates and syncing.

I'm trying to tackle my backlog and I'm having a bit of success lately. I try to keep one new game and one "old" game going. I picked Ni No Kuni again last night for the first time in a year. That is clearly my old game while I tackle Watch Dogs as my new game.

Because white washing of characters isn't a thing in other media.

If you haven't played it, Transistor is really good. About the same length as Child of Light though
