Most keyboards don't do anything special with WASD, but the last picture of this article shows replacement keys that come with the keyboard, so your arrow keys and WASD can have rubber edges. Should make it easier to find blind.
The other issue with DLC, apart from costs and development resources, is when the heck am I supposed to play it? Something like the Catwoman DLC in Arkham City or the From Ashes stuff in ME3 that introduced an extra squad member are clearly designed to be played while you're playing the main storyline. If I'd finished…
Microwave ovens are an offshoot of radar. They predate NASA.
Foursquare policy is that mayorship shouldn't go to employees.
Modern boredom doesn't result from people living long lives, it results from people living boring lives. As people age, they fall into a rut. And then they know retirement is creeping up, so they're too scared to make any drastic changes in their career or life that might endanger that future.
I still use my DX that I got the first week they were out. The black one wasn't enough of an upgrade to tempt me (not at that price), but if they can come out with a new large-screen e-ink reader at a reasonable price, I'd be happy to buy it.
I bought a DX way back the very first week they came out. I own a Fire and I've tried several other tablets and readers, but that DX is still the one I use every single day to just read.
It's getting harder and harder for the average consumer to give a damn about online security. Every week or so we hear a story about a major company being breached and letting out all kinds of information. And these are just the ones that actually realize they've been hacked.
They're charging $14.07 in the US. $11.99 for the Kindle version.
These are just vinyl stickers. They'll pull right off without leaving anything behind when you're ready to move out.
Is it entirely free? The version for Android is free, but only includes the first two levels. You need to pay to get the rest.
There's ways to make the internet work on Mars. First, once you've got a critical mass of population you'll have your own Mars-centric internet. Instant communication with anyone there and everything we're used to, just with a smaller user base.
You should also look at underground and semi-underground structures, like the cliff dwellings at Mesa Verde. Building partway into the ground not only provides a lot of free insulation and protection from winds and blowing sand, but radiation is also going to be a huge problem on Mars, and moving at least partway…
The problem isn't really that it attracts dirt and dust, it's that it's so lightweight that in no time you'll be left with a completely dry, unlubricated chain. You need to use something that will actually stay on the chain for more than a ride or two.
Cell phones, GPS, weather forecasting, solar power, firefighting equipment, aerogels...
I agree. In fact, I think the ball end is strictly a counterweight. As in, it's not designed to be used as a club or hammer at all. With the knife closed you can't hold your hand more than a couple inches from it, so you'd have terrible leverage or position to swing it.
I'm not that interested in this for gaming. I've got my phone/laptop for casual stuff and a 360 and a beefy desktop for hardcore stuff. I don't need a console for mid-caliber games.
Man, that is exactly what I want to be doing. If only Denver wasn't a three day drive.
There's a difference between just watching and laughing and being able to heckle it. My friends and I like to go out to a bar sometimes when SyFy is premiering something Piranhaconda. It's the best way to watch those movies by far. Sometimes we have B-movie bingo cards.
