As someone who is allergic to processed soy products, I will never be a vegan. I used to try to eat a lot of tofu (especially in university) - but it makes me feel so crappy. I only splurge occasionally and get pad thai.

I haven't tried the Liz's on (the women's shoe) but I believe the men's shoe is the CBC which is SO COMFY. Their shoes are super comfortable and they wouldn't give flight attendants uncomfortable shoes when they have to spend hours on their feet.
