I actually prefer winding my cables into different sizes of Cocoon Gridit panels which is just a panel with elastic sticky straps criss crossed to keep everything tightly secured. The advantage of a Gridit is that you can quickly and easily move the panel between whatever bag you plan to take on your outing or trip.

Pretty much all the weather apps have reached feature parity and it’s just depending on how their UI is designed and skinned since most of them are just serving the same few weather sources up.

Thank you for this small but much appreciated effort of comfort - there’s hope for the world yet when internet strangers make an effort to spread kindness. I hope it comes back to you when you need it most, as well.

Help can’t come soon enough - cancer has been brutal in my family. Mom is in remission, Sister currently fighting it, but lost my Stepdad to it at the beginning of last year. All while in the middle of this pandemic with a-holes questioning why we mask up when we need to go out in public.

Well sure, there’s room in the market for low end and high end portables just like there’s low and high end in the console and PC gaming segment.

The Steam Deck was the best offering of what was available for a while and within a price range for many people to afford - so it was never a surprise how successful it was.

I passed on the Steam Deck because I already had the glasses and wanted the smallest but most powerful device for this use where I didn’t care about the screen size anymore. I was actually looking to find a “screenless” Steam Deck to use with the glasses, but not much exists. When I got wind of the Win 4, it ticked

Here is a size comparison of the Steam Deck, and what looks like a Vita/PSP but actually the more portable GPD Win 4 coming out in a few months with higher spec’d hardware (newer Ryzen+GPU than Steam Deck).
THIS is what I’m waiting for and why I passed on the Steam Deck, as I can order a 32GB+2TB config. There’s

That will be nice to finally be able to watch my AppleTV subscription on my Galaxy Fold and Nreal Air glasses.

Another screen on my KB? This is not going to help with my porn addiction...

Also more moving parts means a chance that hinge gets busted and make the watchface LCD non-op. Also, I’d be worried I’d someday look in the case to discover it empty because it somehow unlatched during an arm-fling and ejected the earbuds somewhere while I was unaware.

Hard to say if this will be good since we’ve been bored of WD and zombies in general (genre fatigue?). We only rode it out to the finale just to see how certain arcs resolved that we did have some interest in.

We’ll give this a chance just because we love Reedus and the Daryl character. Same with the other spinoff

I actually hate being on the ground to play on my projector/OLED setups because of the forced height difference of your eye level. I got a Nemo Stargazer reclining hammock chair instead - easy to stow away when not in use or move smack dab as close to the screens as comfortable. There’s cheaper ones out there, but

I put some in my home theater seating for the very reason of being able to play/watch at night and not bother the rest of the household and not giving up LFE. Using a Woojer Vest and Strap for other rooms/VR/on the go.

I know who they can call...

Until the organized and well-resourced crooks build bigger+badder robots than the police...

A password manager is -convenience- not really security anymore. Security is the 2FA that should have been set up for each of these accounts - including anyone’s Lastpass master account.

Bitwarden has family plan for their password manager yet? No? OK, not a solution for me, yet.

In Google Photos, I made a dynamic album of our family members by face - so even new pictures I take are automatically added. I set this as the default album in our Chromecast ambient mode - so the TV Screensaver always shows even recent pictures without me having to manually upload them.

Have the original Genki Dock - I’ve yet to free up some time to try it with an HDMI adapter and my NReal Air glasses instead of a TV.
