Yet another reason to not use chrome. Hello firefox, old friend.

Anyone heard any rumors about Google Later? It supposed to use temporal extrapolation to tell you what you'll be doing in a year, based on what you're doing now. That way, you can get an early start, and use *that* data to learn what you'll be doing in a year, based on what you're doing now. That way, .....

Give us better playlist controls (adding and moving tracks around)!

I'm a Linux user that didn't know about it. I've tried multiple distros, I can safely run both Red Hat and Debian-based distros, and I'm slowly learning to code for Linux, so I consider myself slightly seasoned.

Does this mean I now have to spend $35 to get add-on items as a Prime member?

Found it. Here's what the TOS update page says:

No - if you don't have a Google+ account, you won't be part of this program at all. :) You're already opted out by not using Google+.

Same thing here - was a G+ user (haven't posted in a long time), etc., and mine was unchecked by default. I must have hit the right "I care about my privacy, dammit" settings before this launched.

Interesting, I was already opted-out despite never having changed the setting. There must be some carry-over from another privacy setting that I have turned on, which defaulted this one to being off.

Agreed, and not everyone is fortunate enough to have such breathtaking views at their home (or apartment) :-)

50GB would be a terrific incentive.

You need to talk them into bringing another 50GB introductory offer, so that I can talk some folks into adopting it.

I'm glad you said 'wonderful' wallpapers at the end there... I live in the Pacific Northwest as well (Vancouver BC), and love these a lot. Yeah, I can go walk in the woods, but it's nice to be reminded of the beauty when it's pouring rain too eh? Don't get too cynical!

Sorry, didn't read all the comments. The article doesn't mention IE. And IE should not be required to download an executable that has nothing to do with IE.

Yes, did that. Just thought I would point out the fact that MSFT had an issue with their own software. You shouldn't have to use IE to download an executable that has nothing to do with IE.

Is there a way these could be downloadable in a single file/link?

Went to microsoft site to try to download and the verification link that is supposed to run the windows genuine advantage tool kept downloading a tool that reports it is no longer valid and I need a newer version of the tool! I am going the windows update route instead.

It's useful for a friend to take charge of the relationship sometimes, because a depressed person is often incapable of making the smallest of decisions. "Why don't we get together Saturday for lunch at Jade Garden? I'll swing by your place at noon" is better than "Do you feel like getting together? What do you

Yes - this!

I've been depressed for most of my life and this is excellent advice. When I'm severely depressed, no one can do anything to "fix" me, and I'm probably trying my damnedest just to get up in the morning. Just knowing that a couple of people aren't completely alienated by that and still care enough to call or email
