It’s a portmanteau, not just a prefix. The portmanteau for Warui and Luigi(Ruigi) just happens to have a different place where the merging of the two words works best.
Portmanteaus don’t really have solid rules. They tend to be pretty organic. Whatever flows best.

That’s understandable. She’s actually a fairly well fleshed-out character as far as Mario characters go, but she always shows up in more obscure places outside the core console games.

Legend Of 5 Rings/Rokugan is SOOOO much better of a setting than Game Of Thrones/ASOIF.
I’ve been saying for years that if HBO is smart and they want to replace GoT when it’s over, Rokugan is the only way to follow it up and top it.
