I’m waiting for one of Bethesda’s FalloutScrolls game to NOT be disappointing.
They’re some of the most overrated games EVER.
They REALLY need to get an ACTUAL new game engine, and stop recycling one from 1998 and pretending it’s new. And then they need some dynamic gameplay.

Hopefully Breath Of The Wild has highlighted…

Thundercats 2011 was soooo much better than the original.

Zatanna is a teenager, instead of being one of Batman’s closest friends and a love interest.

That’s fucking magnificent. But it’s about 5x too expensive....

It’s funny, I have a list of complaints about D3 that’s MILES long, but I’d never even considered story before.

The closest my complaints get to “story” is that D3 is just a lazy rehashing of D2.
- Start in Tristram (again)
- go to the desert (again)
- skip the Act 3 Jungle (which was the best Act setting in D3)
- go to…

I think it’s unfair to say D3 is shit.
If it wasn’t a Diablo game, it’d be fine. It’d be competent and okay. Pretty unremarkable.
But it IS an incredibly massive disappointment.
It’s the fact that it IS a Diablo game, COMBINED with the fact that it is such a MASSIVE disappointment....that’s why it’s so bad - such an…

Mechanically, Diablo 3 is a MASSIVE downgrade from Diablo 2.
That, far more than anything else, is the single biggest reason why D3 sucks so hard.
But it’s not just that. Diablo 3 sucks in a ton of little ways too. It’s a death by 1000 cuts.

D2 isn’t better because of nostalgia. It’s just better.

D3 improved on TWO things…

Diablo 2 is so much better than D3 that it’ll just live forever.
The only Diablo game that seems like it might finally beat D2 is a perfected remake of D2.
