Are you surprised?
How long did it run? Like half a season?

I would’ve been MASSIVELY surprised if it DIDN’T turn out to be bad and lasted for more than a season.

Eh.
I don’t hate The OA.
It’s interesting.
But....probably not for the reasons it thinks it is.
It’s almost a weird study of people and their intentions, and where those intentions go right or wrong, and how those intentions are received.
And the merits of the weird supernatural (or not?) shenanigans depend entirely on if

I’m surprised people still watch either show.

Fringe was great.....
At least until the last season.
The last season isn’t bad (at least not yet, I still have a few more episodes to go, they took it off Netflix while I was in the middle of the last season...), but it sure is fucking weird.

Even IF the last season gets completely ruined, all the other seasons are

The Finder! LOL
I forgot about that!
I remember when that was a Bones episode as a backdoor pilot, and I thought “They want THIS nonsense to be its own show???”
Never saw the actual show itself.

:(
I wouldn’t say it was the worst thing ever (not by a long shot), but yea, man, fuck, Gargoyles Seasons 3 was a disappointment.

The first 5 seasons of Supernatural were SOLID.
After that.....eh...
Ehhhh......
VERY mixed bag after Season 5.
Men Of Letters base, Charlie, Kevin, Crowley, Cas...all great.
The general everything else in Seasons 6+.....mostly not so great.

I actually like Grimm.
It’s solidly....okay.
I actually like all the actors too.
My big problem with it is that everything EVERYFUCKINGTHING revolves around Wesen.
Wesen should’ve been like 1/5th of that show, and then just a bunch of other random supernatural stuff that just so happen to ALSO exist.
And the enemy could’ve

Yeeeeeeeep.

Belle and Gold could be a great story.....if they were allowed to actually progress and evolve, and move their bloody story forward.

You DO realize that Lost wasn’t JJ Abrams’ fault, right?
He had BARELY anything to do with that show.
He co-created the show, co-wrote and directed the first episode, produced the first half of Season 1, and......that’s about it.

The people you want to be mad at for Lost are Carlton Cuse and Damon Lindelof. They wrote

I TRIED to watch Sanctuary, because I like Amanda Tapping, but man, I just couldn’t do it.
My brother watched it and said it was alright, and that it was worth watching, but I just couldn’t.

Oh, so it IS bad?
I could never make it past episode 2 of Falling Skies. People told me it got good....

Yvonne Strahovski makes pretty much ANYTHING worthwhile.

What a fucking treasure.

Supernatural was FANTASTIC...for 5 seasons.
‘Swan Song’ was the best Series Finale that any show could ever hope to have.
Fucking perfect.

.....And then the show kept going...and going....and going.....and going.
I stopped when they unleashed “The Darkness”, and the show never got BAD up until that point. Hell, some parts

Eh. Up until the fucking Wicked Witch showed up (I can’t STAND that actress), I was okay with OUAT.
It was never a GOOD show by any means, but it wasn’t terrible.
I think it’s a show that has scope and potential FAAAAR beyond its budget.
With a Game Of Thrones budget, where they could actually depict all this fairy tale

I’d say Agents Of SHIELD Season 2 was the best (in the middle of the full-blown cloak and dagger SHIELD vs HYDRA spy war), but this season with Ghost Rider is probably the 2nd best.

I didn’t hate The Cape. I think it was okay, with a LOT of potential to get a LOT better, given just a few more episodes.
It’s not quite on my list of “Cancelled right as it started to get AMAZING”, like Journeyman and Stargate Universe, but it’s definitely on my list of “Cancelled when it COULD HAVE, MAYBE gotten a

YES.
“Underwater Star Trek” needs to be a fucking thing that gets done RIGHT.
I don’t understand how that hasn’t happened yet.

Cumberbatch is a good actor.
I’ll agree that he gets cast in a lot of things to play THIS character, but there ARE some roles where he’s NOT just this super jerk.

Doctor Strange is actually great because of that. He starts off as this character, and then is forced to evolve into a different one.
Hopefully Marvel

I think Sherlock is okay, but Elementary is a VASTLY superior show.
Especially as a Sherlock Holmes show.

Sherlock is pretty much what you describe it as.
There’s not much to it.
It’s entertaining enough for a couple episodes per year, but a couple episodes per year is exactly enough time for the show to never accomplish
