Nope, Sony had to negotiate the rights with Marvel for the game but Ultimate Alliance 3 just released last year as Switch exclusive with not only Spidey but Miles, Gwen, Venom and Sandman as well. Thus the company does not own exclusive rights to spider characters at least when it comes to crossovers and this game…
