Sure. But she’s also the key witness and without her testimony it’s an unsubstantiated accusation which will go nowhere. The doctor cannot do anything without her account of what happened so it’s literally on her. Not saying it’s right to put the burden only on her but she’s the key witness. That’s just how it is.
