Stuck on 325, no in app purchases and I only play on my phone. Hell for me was 147, stuck for almost 2 and a half months. Then 213/218 or something and then 318 for a bit. There were a few others, but the power of playing in the bathroom (at work) seems to get me past the levels.

Better yet, if you are on an Android and connected to Facebook through Candy Crush you can Force close the app then clear the Data Cache and then open the app back up and log back in to FB on Crandy Crush and there you have 5 lives.
