My biggest problem is the Kinect. You have to agree to let them record, and store whatever they wish, and use it for whatever purpose they wish. You can't unhook it, cover it, or even face it towards the wall.

The bigger problem for me is the fact that Kinect will have to be hooked up, and that you have to agree to "no expectation of privacy", and allow them to use video, and audio of you for whatever they wish, including reporting to authorities.
