To answer your question... Yes. There really isn't much to talk about with any of the other series that you have listed. It's like you are trying to figure out why there is not as much discussion about Friday the 13th as there is about Start Wars.

I think that playing Femshep would feel very gross, being a straight man. My Sister feels the same way about playing Manshep. Even if I were gay, I would still play as a male. You can follow a gay romance, if you wish. It's just weird to me.
