Yeah. You are already willingly agreeing to your movements being tracked. Those movements being associated with the photo on your passport. But then making sure that you are in fact that person on that passport? That’s a stretch? Haha.

They’re scanning a passport photo and then your face right there. You’ve already sent in copies of your picture to the government to GET the passport. They’ve seen your face. They know who you are. They track the passport to know where you’re going.
The reason why they obsess over 1-3 MPG on trucks instead of bigger MPG gains elsewhere is that those small gains on trucks have as much impact on their fleet averages, with less expenditure.
Truck manufacturers keep obsessing over 1 to 3 mpg increases, who cares? Hybrids should be able to deliver 10 to 30 mpg increases.
Previous truck was a dodge... I kept it 13 years and other than a couple items early on that were covered under warranty it had been the best vehicle I had ever owned to that point. Now I’m in an F-150 that is six years old and it has had zero issues. They all have come a long way and the old dodge is shit…
Could your Outback tow 10,000 lb or fit a 4x8 sheet of plywood?
I’m disappointed with the Jalop writers on this.
The 3rd gen SHO (‘96-’99) had the 3.4L V8. I mean, it’s an American/Japanese/British V8 (hat tip to Yamaha and Cosworth), but he’s a Frenchman in Detroit. The great melting pot, what’s more American than that?
I’m surprised.
“Faux Patina” just screams hipster with more money than sense. I love the look but it is just too OTT. Dollars to donuts the guy who commissioned this is a self-absorbed DB and not someone who you’d enjoy a beer with. Now the original owner who understands value ... that is a sit down I would enjoy.
This looks much closer to the perfect Bronco:
I don’t know if those would do any good on this thing. It’s got no roll bars or crumple zones. It looks like the likeliest way to get into an accident is to take a sharp turn at more than 20 mph, in which it would probably flip over due to that high center of gravity, and seatbelts or not, you’re dead.
1. That’s not an original roadster. Original Bronco roadsters didn’t have that steel divider between seats and bed. Unless you could special order one from the factory like that, It’s more likely a dealer-converted pickup or the original owner bought a Bronco pickup and ordered the inserts at the same time so that he…
Why is it a religious experience?
ahem, Corvette has one of the highest manual take rates of any car
In addition to the Fiesta, Focus, Silverado, Sonic, Spark, Cruze, Corvette, Dart and Ram.
I love manuals but sometimes it can be frustrating. I’ve commented before about how the MK7 GTI shifter is like rowing a breadstick through clam chowder (no fix really) and how the pedal travel was way too long (fixed with clutch stop in firewall). My Mustang had a overly springy clutch (fixed with aftermarket Steeda…
