So lets do that. A company that hasn’t turned a profit. has literally the worst quality rating in the industry. Can’t deliver on anything on time. Can’t compete against Volvo, Ford, or GM on price or features for their cars. Run by a clear psychopath. Can’t secure batteries which are sort of important to them. This

There is no disinformation. Tesla has shit build quality. They can’t meet demand. They can’t match the features at the price point of GM. They treat their employees like literal shit. Musk is literally a psychopath. There are just too many things wrong with them. Throw in the fact they still haven’t ever made a

It’s almost like tesla is still WAY over valued. It should be worth about half it’s current value at best.

That’s something many new cars do. This isn’t something Tesla special.

Did they refuse to provide data or not do it yet? FOIA requests often take quite a while. While I heavily doubt this 40% number I don’t know that they are trying to hide anything.

Yeah, speakers already go bad. Imagine having to redo your whole interior over it

Talk about something that will drive up parts. Not only will the parts cost more I’m sure the work to get behind them is going to increase and increased fragility means they will break more often.

There is a deadly weapon involved. This is assault with a deadly weapon/aggravated assault.

Slow your role white knight.

Except it’s not fine. You can’t use deadly force to stop someone from committing a misdemeanor. You can use proportionate force to stop the commission of a misdemeanor. You can not use deadly force. A car is a deadly weapon.

No, she tried to kill someone.

You can’t attack someone with a deadly weapon fleeing with misdemeanor value items. She deserves jail time.

Probably not. Wasn’t in/on/near the car. Was not a threat to her. Was fleeing. Listening to this person talk I doubt they had felony quantities of cash in their purse.

But...he was fleeing...and she chased him down.

I highly doubt this would even be legal in Texas. As far as houses go in the doctrine you usually can’t chase people down the street and shoot them after they have left your castle.

No way. She deserves several years in prison. She is a danger to society more so than a petty thief.

Except for her making a statement to the news that she meant to run him over.

I doubt it. He was no longer in/on/near/assaulting the vehicle. Just like castle doctrine doesn’t seem to usually hold up if you chase them down the street and shoot them.

Reasonable force...running him over with a car is not going to be considered reasonable force.

Because they were still on his property. This guy was not still in/on/attacking her property.
