No one is saying being a toxic boss is illegal or legal. What we’re saying is corporations need to wake the hell up and realize that people will eventually grow tired of abusive bullshit. Maybe you enjoy bending over backwards for your boss(es) and subjecting yourself to their abuse, but plenty of other people don’t,…

There’s a massive difference between being “mean,” as you put it, and verbally (and potentially physically) abusing your employees.

What... The... Fuck?! This is so, so disappointing. I wouldn’t expect this from a company like Sony. Of course, like others have said, they’ll find some way to use someone else as their scapegoat.
