I literally found NOTHING to be cynical about in that trailer (not that there was a ton to go off of). I still don't get why people don't like that new light saber, thought that was cool as ****.

Anyone who knocks this trailer and didn't crack a single smile, tear, and/or laugh of insane enthusiasm can burn in hell, because you simply have no soul. I have not been this excited for a movie in years. Holy. Mother. Of. God.
REALLY wish that buy 1 get one 40% off amiibo sale at Toys R Us was worth it. I just wanted Lucario and King Dedede, but shipping absolutely kills it.
All the more reason why I've become so disheartened by this industry. I find myself caring less and less about each new generation and, at times, would rather just stick to what I know. Nothing quite like doing another Xenogears run.
Going to be garbage, made readily apparent by these cheap, horrendous promotional posters.
It may sound awkward, but, technically it's correct.
Even then, HR is a *****, it would take A LOT more than some price matching screw up for someone to get fired.
They'd have to first prove that an employee didn't follow proper price matching procedures which would be extremely difficult for them to do.
That is beyond inspirational. I used to be an avid drawer but haven't really done it in years; I'd love to get back into it and get better at it and this is the kind of kick in the butt I needed!
To those saying they WOULDN'T do this... Bull****. It's Walmart, they're not going to take any giant losses on this and no employee is going to suffer lower wages, most of them are probably already at minimum wage as it is.
To the Moon was a chore made worse by the corny, stereotypical cliche characters. This looks to deliver the same exact experience with nothing good to add other than a, thankfully, shorter experience. To the Moon felt like it took me 100 hours due to how excruciating it was for me to play it.
Hate that poppy crap, the Persona series has always been lacking in the soundtrack department, in my opinion. Out of all the Shin Megami games, Digital Devil Saga 1 and 2 easily have the best OSTs and don't get anywhere NEAR enough credit.
I rarely ever purchase games new anymore, the industry is a complete mess; I wish people would realize this and help put a stop to it. Stop committing to such outlandish prices, and STOP, for the love of God, STOP preordering and adding to the problem. Preordering games is, for the most part, one of the dumbest…
Quite frankly, I'm tired of the series. I actually enjoyed AC1, fell in love with AC2, found Brotherhood and Revelations to be decent, 3 was average and I put 4 down after a couple of hours due to being so burnt out by the formula. At this point, the story has been absolutely wrecked and I find it impossible to become…
I don't just want this game, I need this game. I love it when I can get excited about games these days, it just doesn't happen very often for me anymore.
you're an idiot and clearly missed the point
Right, I get that; however, Ubi would have sold plenty of copies WITHOUT this announcement. This doesn't necessarily mean it will sell more now that we know the main character visits the 1940s.
ah, bummer. Well, that DEFINTELY answers that.
Why not let the players be surprised by this? Why announce it and spoil the surprise. I wish games surprised me more; unfortunately, the usage of video and the internet has taken away from that.
