I saw an announcement from Bigfoot 4X4 that there will be a monster truck show touring Europe this year (and Bigfoot has a UK-based team). I hope you can make it!

It's all relative, really. The Nano is cheap enough to allow people who previously couldn't afford a car to get in the game. So in that respect, it's likely much safer in a crash than their former mode of transportation; piled onto a moped, bicycle, etc.

Compared to cars that we know here in the already-emerged markets

Much better than a first-gen probe in the rear end! Hey-oooooo!

That is gorgeous. Absolutely gorgeous. I think it would scale down well, too, for instance if they adapted the new Mustang platform for a luxury convertible.

YES.

A lot of that damage probably came from Wolowitz driving it into a ditch...

Many great sporting venues, tracks and buildings have disappeared over the decades, and over time the legendary moments that occurred in them lose their impact. However those venues that remain only grow more and more special. Indianapolis. Fenway Park. Daytona. Wrigley Field. Spa. The 'Ring.

You can go to each of

The National Italian American Foundation even called GM to ask if Barra has any Italian ancestry. They were disappointed to hear she does not.

My company is getting the panel van version in a couple of months to replace some 300,000+ mile Astros. I'm cautiously optimistic... I think the visibility, fuel economy, etc. will be better but I'm not sure if a CVT-backed 4-cylinder will have the power and durability needed for a delivery vehicle that's on the road

Ducktail FTW

Thanks for the tip. I already use Chrome with a pop-up blocker, but it doesn't work with these. I'll check out the other add-ons!

Seventh Gear: Can Jalopnik (along with other Gawker sites) PLEASE stop using pop-up ads that auto-play a video? It's a fact that a large majority of your readers/visitors do so while at work, and it's only going to discourage people from visiting the site more frequently.

Porsche Unleashed was really terrific, in my opinon. (The PC version, not the console version which I think lost a lot of the features and detail.)

I liked that you could damage your car mechanically if you beat on it, and the crash damage was pretty realistic, too. I miss that game and I keep hoping for a new (but

They should program it so the child then looks down in horror at the massive pileup that just occurred from people looking at the billboard instead of the road.

Neat idea, though. I turn into that kid when a big jet goes over. I think it's an ad that a lot of people can relate to. I'm just not sure if the potential

In the long run, it costs a lot less to push the envelope and blow one up on a dyno than it does to ruin a race weekend for multiple teams.

It's not bad, in fact I'd say it looks pretty good, but I disagree that the wider gap between the grille slats look better. On the concept, it definitely fit with Lincoln's recent design direction and I thought it looked elegant. The new grille doesn't make me think of Lincoln, and actually reminds me more of the

I hadn't seen the new Rondo - I could see that squaring up against a Honda Fit, Matrix, etc. over here. It's pretty sharp.

I wonder if this car was built off of another chassis, or if it was constructed from the ground up on its own? I see a LOT of Viper in the front end, namely the shape of the windshield and A-pillar/roof line, and especially the big haunches in the hood.

Parts of it are beautiful, and parts of it look like they belong

I did the same thing, but with the GMC Vandura. I think I got it up to A Class with AWD, turbo, etc... it was fun! A lot of the fun in these games is to get lost in a fantasy world where you can do bonkers things on a whim without actually costing yourself a metric buttload of money.
