“We had to change two wheels and change the transmission so”
Did they change the transmission on at the wreck too???

Like a Lexus + Mazda? I really hope this doesn’t get carried over to Honda as well.
If they charge horn blips like text messages, they will probably just resort to good old yelling. So it’s the culture.
Here in Taiwan people have become afraid to hit the horn because of the tendency of triggering road rage behaviors. I personally find car horns way too loud or aggressive for most of what we use it for, such as reminding(gently) the driver in front that the light has turned green and stop looking at your damn phone.…
I took this as sarcasm.
When a vehicle hits a tree, it usually ends up smashed or wrapped around the tree with the tree barely hurt. I wonder what makes people think a truck can “pull” a decent sized tree.
“The incident has made national news in Taiwan.”
To be fair, any worthless crap can make national news in Taiwan.
20 years from now everything will sound like mosquitoes racing each other, with their electric motors or perhaps some kind of nuclear fission tech.
I did that. Great fun, just don’t do it with your own car unless you want to spend countless hours trying to get all the salt off. It will get into the hardest reaching spots in your car.
If you are talking about custom bikes in Taiwan, then you have to look at this:
Looks like it’s got a mustache.
You can’t stop anyone, but you can sue them if necessary. Also, in most cases, the purpose of applying for a patent is to prevent others from suing you instead. It’s more like buying an insurance.
May be they just don’t want aftermarket folks to copy this and make a body kit just like it? There are many reasons to apply for patents, some are proactive while most are passive.
Yes it will look like nothing they will put on the market.
When they first started selling it (2010ish?), my Prelude got hit in the rear and went to the local Honda dealer for a bumper replacement, and hopped over to the show room to take a look at this little car.... and oh man, it’s really little. The back is pretty useless in terms of cargo space as well. In general, it’s…
Wait, why does it need an update? Are people still buying it???
To me the Murcielago is the only modern Lambo that inherited what the Countach was, which is also what defined today’s Lamborghini proportions. It was my first 1:18 diecast.
Lost it at F1 Diva.
I want to say I am impressed, but I am not, because 90% of scooter riders in Taiwan do the same things... lane splitting(legal), swarving between lanes without signaling, speeding, running traffic lights, trying to pass a right-turning car ON THE RIGHT (scooter is heading straight)etc.
What made it work for this…
