I get the point but personally disagree...by targeting calories you are effectively targeting macronutrients anyway...i.e. you aren’t going to be full on 1600 calories worth of twinkies...so by saying “I am going to eat 1600 calories today” you are, by definition, forced to make choices that will almost certainly fall…

did you wrap the cord over your ear. they drove me nuts till i realized the cord loops over and around the back of the ear. they sit way better and a pull on the cord makes them fit tighter.
