Ghibli movies, Mamoru Hosoda movies and Makoto Shinkai movies are indeed some of the best in the medium.

Sometimes i feel Makoto Shinkai is more extreme/dedicated than Miyazaki (just less experianced), after all he made Voices from Distant Stars all by himself and likewise still does the majority of artwork and art direction for his movies.
