I don’t see any proofs of such claims, it’s an entirely subjective claim, i didn’t feel any improvment or change in the gameplay of the games that run on 60fps that i tried, visually the game is very slightly smoother but that’s it .. nothing worth all this dumb out of proportions drama these guys are making online.

I have been playing games at 30fps for more than 20 years and i have been having fun, i’m not waiting for a bunch of smug idiots with tin-foil hats pretending to be some online police to tell me how to enjoy playing my games ... there is just no bounds to how dumb and blown out of proportions this whole thing is.

And i never had any problems with “user input” in games locked at 30fps nor felt any improvements related to it when playing 60fps games.

60fps =/= equal quality for me, it absolutely means nothing, i have been playing games at 30fps all my life (20 or more years of gaming) and i never had any problems with 30fps or felt it needs to be higher.

I don’t feel any control lag while playing at 30fps, 2nd if what you are saying about TV is true then people wouldn’t have made such a big deal when they went to watch the new LotR movies in 60fps, so no most of the shows and animation and pretty much all the media on TV plays at 24 to 30fps by default.
