Who needs to make full CG characters when some cosplayers can create such amazing practical makeup+mask for their cosplay .. i think practical effects always has a place in movies and media no matter how good CG gets ... so i was glad to hear Abrams is toying around with some practical effects in the upcoming SW movie.

I thought so, but assume wind speed 100mph (or High value) and this won’t work anymore, it seems there will be a difference but it is negligible due to weak wind... If the wind was stronger the journey from B to A with strong wind going aganist the plane would be very long if not impossible.

Ironically if we up the wind speed to 100 mph the firsy trip would have the plane flying at 200 miles per hour cutting the time by half but on the way back the speed of the 100 mph wind will be working aganist the plane’s 100 mph speed screeching it to almost a hault and if we use the same simple math the plane’s…

Because it’s quite different from all the twitch FPS multiplayer games and hectic DOTA games out there and more importantly ME3 proved that a slightly more action packed take on it’s RPG pause and issue orders combat lends itself well to multiplayer .... some people enjoy the combat in Mass Effect and Dragon Age just…

I understand some people want honorable duels and it’s fair and all, but seriously i’m baffled by people who think that’s the only way to PVP in Soul/Blood games ... the player invading -notice the word- is intended to be a force of evil .. to disrupt and hunt unsuspecting undead/hunters in both series of games ..…

I suppose either because someone slacked off then discovered they have a deadline to meet (whoops, better copy paste some art and draw over it and pray no one will notice), or companies outsource some of their art to low pay artists to save money.. And its expected the results would include lots of plagiarism and art…

I don’t think it’s really that much of a problem, number of legit/non-biased reviews is always going to be greater than those “protest” reviews most of the time (unless there is something really really wrong with said product), that’s mostly because Steam reviews requires you to actually buy the product to review it.

A donate button works way better with mods than enforcing payments, and if a mod grows too big or complex they can then release as a stand-alone paid product/game like many mods did.

There is always the possibility of getting flanked by the enemy or getting ambushed, and running away doesn’t always have to be out of cowardice, but sometimes a tactical retreat is smarter and better than a pointless crushing defeat.

Clearly you don’t play enough indie games, they make stuff way better than DayZ and Minecraft knock-offs, sometimes even way better than AAA games in terms of enjoyment.
