There is a clear difference between something drawn "wrong" due to lack of artistic skill/knowledge and something that's intentionally distorted to achieve a certain look or feel (or what people usually call a style), the first is always appalling the second is usually very appealing, personal taste does factor in

TOO LATE MAN, TOO LAAAAATE XD

I'm more bummed the keji didn't start his independent games with a sequel/spiritual successor to Megaman Legends instead of creating yet another Megaman-esque platformer (and he made plenty of those, even Capcom still makes them).

Hahaha, is that from a specific manga or just a joke strip.

Good point, I suppose we could ignore the widespread meaning of Ronin (masterless samurai) and use the literal meaning which is vagrant, drifter or wanderer, it could fit with the character here whether they are a ninja or a samurai or otherwise.

Man, it really burns you that I have a different opinion than you, doesn't it?

Sheesh, ok ok .. take it easy .. i get it .. you don't have to act like i killed your dog or something.

Auto—Bulldozing might sound neat but be warned that you will miss out the reason why the buildings are being abandoned (which you can do by highlighting the empty building icon) .. it could range from high taxes to lack of workers to few other things, when you auto-bulldoze you won't get to know that.

Whatever you want man, if you like that rip-off of a game go spend your money on it, while i will go find something that doesn't blatantly copy from others without adding a single new thing or creating their own identity/style.

So what makes sense according to is that if i make a game with a portal gun and blue/orange portals (as in Portal) and copy the same exact cel-shaded look of Borderlands (with thick black borders and the same exact art style) then according to you i created something new and i'm not ripping off either of them .. WOW

Yes, if a military shooter copies the exact look and gameplay of Call of Duty that it's a freaking rip-off, and if i rip off Mario and remake a platformer game that is identical to it in every aspect except that i changed his character sprite with one of my own it's somehow suddenly a different game accodring to you

*Facepalm* ... the screenshots look identical, and the gameplay looks identical and the ideas are identical .. if we are talking cars that's like taking a BMW and removing the BMW symbol painting it in checkers pattern and calling it something else ... stop being lazy and go play these games or at least watch the

There is a demo avaliable if you want to play it, also Gunpoint and Mark of the Ninja are available if you want to play and compare them, the similarities are too damn obvious and stark.. More proof.

It's on my backlog .. probably need to push it up few notches up XD

Yeah ... and?, i don't see an expiration date on the comment XD

Damn, i guess I'll have to take my memory banks to the mentainance man more often XD

Ok, let's just slow down a little, all this Mars One contradicting news is getting out of hand, first it seems everyone are citing some article about a "single" participant who actually happens to be saying contradicting stuff like saying this:

It's not a matter of genre, the game is near identical to both Mark of the Ninja and Gunpoint in many of its aspects it's not even funny.

So what do you call a masterless loner ninja?

That was Ronins with an "s", derp XD
