Technically, Playstation Network Asia goes live again today. BUT, Hong Kong is not on the list of the restored regions in Asia, and so I'm still in the dark. What gives?

It is meant to be played with multiplayer, with players mind-fucking each other. I've seen a bit of it where the demonstration showed that there is a limit to how far back and how far forward you can go in time as shown by the timeline in the User Interface.
