All reviews I have read indicated that this is an improvement over GTA 4. That doesn't sound promising.

Your shower must have an instant water heater. I turn on my shower at full heat, it takes about 30 seconds before the water gets warm enough for me to get into the shower then I dial down the temperature.

I wouldn't give much credit to these reports at this stage of console development phase. Microsoft didn't build its console so it can be 50% less powerful than PS4. I do take this as an opinion of a developer. Just like I respect developers opinions about PS3 when it was first released.
