Yeah, probably three or four weeks for an upper management job isn't unusual...it's just, the waiting....

My wife and I have separate home offices. We're more productive that way, and then in the evening, drinks, conversation, dinner, tv.

I was one of those guys who was never getting married. Then, at 42 years old I met the one for me. Been a very happily married 10 years since.

I seem to recall that the only thing I replaced was the ear pads...once...but yeah I still love them. Very comfortable.

Funny you mention Sennheiser...I still use my original HD40's, got them when I was 16, now I'm 51 and they're still rocking.

My technique is to talk as though I'm explaining to schoolkids, or to friends down the pub.. 10 people or 500...makes no difference. I actually enjoy it these days and I was pretty much an introvert growing up.
