I’m not sure what the average vegetarian does honestly; I’ve seen friends do both. I’ve bought boca in the past to limit my meat intake, but now if I’m doing a meatless dish it’s usually a vegetable soup or beans and rice.

Yup. The “originator of the information” is the person responsible for classifying responsibly, and then to divulge that classification any time it’s forwarded in different formats (speaking, powerpoint, email, etc.) Often times people purposefully ‘go up’ on classification to cover their ass which is not helpful…
