I do think the controversy is manufactured, but I don’t think it’s because she’s a woman. It feels more partisan than sexist in that it was an opportunity to attack a front runner for president in the democratic national party. What makes you think it’s sexist specifically?

Not to mention every rank and file in every service. I saw plenty of mishandling and mislabeling. Very few people are trained correctly on how to handle classified information beyond the traditional definitions slide.
