I am sorry this man has died but a more immediate concern of mine is the safety of those treating him in Dallas. I hope in their efforts to save his life that none were exposed to Ebola.

Can't be returned? Sorry, my friend.
Yeah, that got me too. WTF? On the bright side, you know who you can cut out of your life now. Snip, snip!
Oh most certainly!
As I've mentioned before, I work with teens. Just this past year, the school most of them attend tried to implement a dress code for the females. The young women of the school revolted. Instead, all of them wore exactly what the principal had tried to prohibit - tight fitting pants, crop tops, etc. The dress code was…
If a young woman is deemed "unfit" to decide whether or not to have an abortion, wouldn't that mean she is "unfit" to parent? So how is forcing her to give birth a better plan?
THANK YOU! I had to scroll down way too far, in my opinion, to find this comment. If the tattoo pic wasn't enough of a scream for attention, the bare ass is.
It's not a good tattoo at all. I'm not an artist but I can recognize good work. This tattoo is awful.
I remember seeing it in passing at a friend's house. My family didn't have cable cause my dad says it "rots the brain". Needless to say, I am addicted to TV now.
I'm baffled. I can't even figure out what a child would do with those three items. Is your child going to be the next MacGyver?
Kid you not, I was sick one day and I had a bunch of old toilet paper rolls. I brought out a case of wine (empty cause mama likes her wine) and had the kid put the tubes into the squares where the wine was. I tell myself it worked her dexterity. Right? Right? RIIIIIGHT?!!!!
Haha - that's hilarious! Goes to show we're all the same. If I had a choice between a super organic, chia seed meal and a double-bacon cheeseburger, I'd choose the cheeseburger every time.
Are you in my house? This is almost exactly what I was referencing.
Yup. Forget the adorably, fully-stocked antique kitchen I found at a thrift store. No, my kid is busy with a week-old balloon animal that basically looks like a large pink condom at this point.
"People just think it's extra cause she's black."
I was a coach for a number of years and worked with a very clueless woman who assumed if a child did not appear 100% white, then he / she was adopted. One time she loudly proclaimed that a girl was adopted and how great it was that we had so many adopted girls in our program. The thing is, the girl is biracial and…
I agree with you, it is not rocket science at all. It is, however, something that requires effort on part of the parent. It is that effort that I was referencing in preparing to parent a mixed race child; being able to provide that safe space for one's child to seek solace.
Preparation? In the physical care of a child, there is no difference. I am speaking in terms of supporting the child's identity.
Oh, okay. Thank you. I appreciate you detailing that for me.
I'm wondering, since the clinic provides sperm might it not actually fall under the umbrella of medical malpractice? Are those who work at sperm banks doctors or licensed medical professionals? I really don't know so I'm curious about that.
