Just doing a few searches on Autotrader and it doesn’t look like dealers in New England are making any big deals. I’ll have to start looking in other regions I guess.

I’ve loved the GM bumper step from the days I had a 2002 Avalanche (where I think it first showed up). I find it useful in my 2015 Sierra. The Ford step is nice but a lot more moving parts; I wonder how well it will deploy in the winter snow and ice where I live.

No talking to the safety driver please.

“Well, at least I lasted longer than Gawker”

Salmon is the color for the hoi-polloi, the proper color for the moneyed class is Nantucket Red, worn/washed enough to fade just a tad.

With the LT1, at least it won’t catch on fire the way my V-12 XJS did.

I so love the Countach; it’s so impractical but I’d love to drive one anyway. The biggest problem is backing up of course:

The southern part of the state is where all the former MA residents reside, hence the bad driving. (I see it every day driving from Concord to Nashua - it gets much worse between Bedford and Nashua).

No, Mass plates are definitely what I’d expect on an upside-down car.

Is Rio competing with Sochi to see who can have the most uninhabitable buildings? Hmm, maybe this could be a new event - Olympic infrastructure building.

1st gear: I love my TDI wagon and am not sure what I can replace it with.

It’s a state law in NH to have your car cleaned off, passed way back in 2002 after a woman was killed from ice coming off a truck in front of her (IIR the story correctly).

Lovely!

I like the red on the car, but I’m meh on the AC Schnitzer extras.

As it should be. As an American, I still don’t understand how every newer car I drive has bigger and more cup holders. (I don’t bring drinks in the car except for water on a long trip, which we put in the doors. Yes I know I am an exception here.)

You bet! That would be a nice trade for my TDI Sportwagen.

Neutral: I’ve owned two Citroëns: a DS21 and a SM.

I’ve spent a lot of time on the Dingle peninsula; I haven’t seen this epi yet but hopefully they take the cars over the Conor Pass - driving some Rollers through there would be funny!

I’m sure some states like California will probably try to fail them out of hand (because California), but my state is highly unlikely to bother. That said if my wife and I get a good settlement we’ll probably sell our cars back, although we have had zero issues with either one (2014 Sportwagens) and my manual

Their high school wrestling coaches must be so proud...
