There is definitely a Grammy for best album artwork. It's called "Grammy Award for Best Album Packaging" and it generally goes to a graphic design studio or art director...not to the singer/group.

Why would she get the Grammy for best artwork? Wouldn't the person who did the artwork get the Grammy? I'm confused.
