The music was obscure though, producers looks for obscure music that they don't believe they will need to pay for.

Its actually pretty likely. I had a friend who ran a youtube page of obscure blues/jazz music and hip hop artists ripped off the stuff he posted a lot.

I don't know if she stole this or whatever, but I will say that when I pressed play on the first video, I knew exactly which part of Drunk in Love it was supposedly referencing. So there's that.

If you think that's bad, wait until I tell you guys about how Marc Jacobs stole all of my designs.

I read the title and thought "probably" in my head before entering the article.

Timbaland produced Drunk in Love? Then yes, the vocals probably were sampled illegally.

Spoiler alert: Probably.

I feel like I could like either the top or skirt separately, but together it's an optical assault.

I am surprised that isn't a bigger topic of discussion here. Like, I want to like that outfit, but something about it is just not flattering. That's kind of a terrible picture of her, and I didn't think she posted terrible pictures of herself on the internet???

They all do.

What is B wearing in that IG Christmas tree picture?? It is a terrible.

I never understand the "other people have it way worse" argument when it comes to feminism, racism, etc.
I'm always like: Great! If ours is not such a big problem then there's no reason we shouldn't be able to address it in tandem with the other "bigger" problems. Now let's get to work!

actually, i am side eyeing even more because GIRL THE SHIT THAT HAPPENS TO WOMEN IN THE SHOW YOURE FUCKING FAMOUS FOR ISN'T EXACTLY MADE UP, BRUH.

Oh noooo girl. Nooo.

It is surprising re Vogue Japan, for such a homogeneous culture, I am surprise they have primarily white models on their cover. Is Vogue Japan edited/managed by white people?

Just wait until The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel 2 comes out! #notajoke #sequelisreal

I agree, and I think it's probably because three years ago is around when The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel came out, and their titles are too similar for my feeble brain.

Also, I just noticed that Pride got nominated for Best Comedy, and that makes me incredibly happy about life (as do the nominations for Grand Budapest Hotel, my choice for best movie of the year).

Yea, it's hard to say whether or not his performance was a result of his skill and not just him literally growing up on screen. Boyhood was great though, well deserved nomination. My favorite film of 2014.
