Another take away would be that the majority of players are going to want the default white guy we’re all accustomed to & it’s the safer option for a studio.

EA have really changed over the last couple of years, if someone had told me back then that they’d be releasing a VR supported X Wing/Tie Fighter game & make it available on Steam I’d assume they’d be joking. Also their remake of C&C has set a new standard, one that put Nintendo & Blizzards attempts to shame.

Same with the Porsche licensing deal when EA made Porsche Unleashed. They made one game & never did anything with the brand, while other developers had to make do with adding RUF to their games. Now that it’s expired & Porsche made the wise decision to split with EA they have their cars represented across a number of

NFS Shift came out in 2009, so the year before Hot Pursuit. Shift 2 dropped the NFS name, I assume because the two titles were such a departure from the series.

these are still Space Nazis. I shouldn’t be happy when they win and I really shouldn’t, and don’t, like them. This is a more complex topic than this review can do justice, but I think Squadrons’ writers tried really hard to walk a tightrope with its depiction of the Empire, and failed to pull it off.

Yeah I read that & guessed that Ash hadn’t worked out how block actually works. It’s ridiculous against Hades as he can barely touch you when you’re using the shield right.

I got a win fairly early on in the game using the Aegis with the charged shot upgrade. It essentially turns the shield into a bow with an unblockable attack & means that you’re almost invincible while charging the attack. It makes most encounters, including Hades, pretty trivial.

Roguelikes discourage me because I hate repetition

I picked up Hades on sale on Steam a couple of months ago but held off playing until after it was out of early access. Looks like it’s time to jump in.

It is great, but it would have been better if the final round was always won by a bot so none of the cheaters actually got crowns.

More Spelunky is just what I wanted to hear, looks like I’ll be picking up the PC version on release.

Great to see Zac & Ari back again, Throttle out was the show that made me to subscribe to Motortrend (well & the offer of 12 months for $12). I’d been wondering when another season of the show was coming out.

I’m not a huge fan of Sonic so the only game I’m interested in is a true sequel to Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed. (Emphasis on the All stars).

Second world is an outdated term now, in the context of the conversation China isn’t a developing country.

Just look at 50% of the dogs that are breed these days.

Considering Project Cars 2 is my go to VR racing games I’ll most likely be picking up PC3. Just not at launch.

I don’t usually mess around with other players in Fall Guys, but there was a guy in a 10 crown outfit in the Rollout map that I didn’t mind pushing into the slime. You’re all competing for one final crown, so thinning out the competition along the way is part of the fun.

My biggest complaint against team games are that they are pretty awful when the team numbers are unbalanced. It’d be better if they happened once per episode on the second round or something so there wasn’t such a handicap going into the later stages.

I doubt we’ll ever see much female representation at the elite levels of motorsport until we see participation at the lower levels, especially as spectators. So while I agree on your solution, I find it unlikely from personal experience & the numbers I’ve seen when at events (although I have no idea what the actual

Agreed, I managed to get out in front in one match thanks to a great starting position & the run to the end was trivial, on the flip side starting out near the back means you’re usually in for a rough level.
