It’s unfortunate that it’s refreshing to hear someone praising an outsiders take on their own culture for a change.

Sounds like nostalgia to me, personally the modern roguelike platformers are more interesting & have a better feel gameplay wise than the old Mario games.

1. Spelunky
2. Dead Cells
3. Commander Keen 4

After watching this I googled to see if Cavill has a Twitch channel, his personality seems a perfect fit for streaming.

“That means teams will not be able to put a full fresh set of tires on before the race.

One of the best races I’ve seen live was at Brands Hatch in a GT support race for the DTM (I think this is over a decade ago now) in which a Viper took the lead & over the course of the race had slower lap times leading to an all out battle with a Porsche for the final lap.

Saw something similar in New Zealand in the

Cross play, VR support, releasing on all three platforms. I don’t know what they did with the old EA but I’m liking this new one.

“White people—and you know what kind of white people I’m talking about; don’t whatabout Scots and Italians into this—haven’t ever had stereotypes of them negatively impact their culture and race for generations. They haven’t had propaganda made of them that specifically turns them into caricatures, then have had to

I’m partial to the turbo Barra engines.

Speaking of Spelunky I’m still playing the dailies & have one achievement to go, the ‘good teamwork’, which I really should finish off now that there’s remote play.

There are some movies I’ll avoid watching on a flight because they deserve better than the tiny screen on the back of a seat, the same with goes with some of these Switch ports.

Ah I’m at 27 perfect games now on Steam. Most platformers are fine with a decent mechanical keyboard, I’ve had no issues playing games like Spelunky & Dead Cells with one so I wouldn’t hold off on Hollow Knight if I were you. The only platformer I’ve come across that really does require a controller was Guacamelee,

I like achievements for that reason, but also when they’re done right & actually add something meaningful to the game. Be it making you play through a different way using a character/class you normally wouldn’t, pushing you to play on a higher difficulty, or just adding something extra (like the Gnome Chomsky

Picking up the Command & Conquer Remastered Collection, which is going to be my first purchase of an EA title on Steam since Hot Pursuit.

“Unlike other video game subscriptions, GeForce doesn’t come with free games. Instead, it allows players to stream the ones they already own to other devices, making it possible to play even the most demanding games, such as Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, on less powerful hardware.”

I know Nvidia has a subscription fee for

Or they can use the same platform as a base & throw in an electric motor & get another decade out of it.

So an insane person is someone who doesn’t have family support?

The competition of that year? I’m not sure what you mean about there being only a few games that have nailed design prior to Assassin’s Creed 1.

Paying a dev not to release their game on a platform isn’t the same as a dev choosing a platform to release on. And there’s always people asking for games to be released on other platforms be it GoG, Steam, Switch, etc.

I just finished off getting the last achievements in Slay the Spire so I’m trying to figure out what single player game I should get stuck into next, kind of leaning towards Civ VI as it’s been sitting in my Steam account untouched for a while.

Multiplayer wise I’m working on getting better at Tekken 7, playing through
