The third option should be an LS swap.

Although there’s exceptions, such as Superhot & racing/space sims, best VR games need to be designed from the ground up with VR in mind. While ports of flat games like Fallout 4 & Skyrim are a lot of fun in VR & still give you a sense of the scale of the world once you’re playing it in VR, game elements like interactin…
You can definitely play seated, but to say you don’t miss out on anything isn’t true. Just try dodging in a game like Space Pirate Trainer or peering over a ledge & gently rolling a grenade in Fallout 4 VR.
Because the work they’ve done on these cars is so extensive I’d hope they’ve taken a rough example of the Cosworth & fixed it up, but like the Mk2 Escort I’m assuming they chopped up a decent one.
Because it’s not a SUV or a truck.
Poverty really is the big equalizer, & inclusion in motorsport (outside of watching of course) really comes down to what you can afford.
The rise of racing sims as an entry point to actual racing is a good point to bring up, as it takes money out of the equation. I wonder how much diversity there is in the iracing…
I much prefer the MX5 for it’s looks so it’s not really much of a disappointment, if Mazda ever got around to making another turbo version I don’t think I’d even remember the Fiat existed in a few years.
“Ford will debut its controversial new “Mustang-inspired” electric crossover on Nov. 17, whether we want it or not.”
If done well this could turn out to be a similar success story to the Porsche Cayenne, especially considering the North American market’s dislike of small cars.
“The airline is betting that this’ll suck less than two 10-hour flights with a chance to get delayed or stuck with a long layover.”
I’ve done a few back to back 12 hour flights, Auckland to London, and the stopovers can either be great or a nightmare. Flying through LA is always a hassle at best, last time they didn’t…
The mid 2000's turbo RS Vitz is pretty fun, having owned a 70s mini I’d say they’re more similar to those than the bloated BMW minis.
The ability to further sort those categories by hardware, playtime, single/multiplayer, etc, is a pretty handy feature, as is the quick change between the new ‘home’ screen & categories.
There’s something missing when you don’t have the same hardware & carts of the old console, plus with the lag that other people have mentioned there’s no way I’d purchase this when I can buy a MegaDrive/Genesis collection on Steam & get a better emulated experience.
I’ll keep an eye on River City Girls, I’ve got a soft spot for side scrolling beat em ups but also a hefty backlog so I’ll wait to see how it reviews.
“...a tiger attacked us then somehow got stuck inside the settlement, which through its endless QTE triggers trapped me in an endless loop of my clan getting eaten one by one until everyone was dead.”
I hope you were recording when this happened.
I’d forgotten about Hades, I’m always on the hunt for a decent roguelike having spent hundreds of hours in FTL, Spelunky, Deadcells, Enter the Gungeon & Renowned Explorers. I’ll hold off until it’s out of early access though, if I’m going to be getting into repeated runs I don’t see much point in doing so until the…
I’ve owned a couple of NAs & the ND is the only other generation of MX5 that I’d consider purchasing, though I’m happy enough to wait until there’s cheap second hand options available.
It’s hard to pick up on the tone of the conversation from the transcript, but VR really has an uphill battle when a gaming site has one person talking about playing a game in VR & the other two people respond with “sounds great except I’d vomit.” Good thing this isn’t a website about cooking...
Wreckfest is a great replacement for Destruction Derby, the career mode is the only thing I’m not a huge fan of but that might be getting updated with the upcoming console release.
Hah, good one bro. Sure any company can and should be criticised when deserved, but you’re crying about the workshop while saying how amazing Epic is for not having the feature at all, it’s pretty obvious who’s a ‘fanboi’.
I’m picking up No Man’s Sky & Dirt Rally 2.0, neither of them are new games but they might as well be with their recent VR updates.
