They’ve taken the average pay across the whole company by gender, in a company that was founded by males & had a predominantly male work place of course the average pay for men is going to be higher.

If you take a recent employee of each sex, in the equivalent role & look at their pay are they the same? They will be

I just booked flights from New Zealand to Canada, about 12 hours each way overnight & I booked the aisle in the middle row. At least if you’re there there’s only one person who’ll need to get past you.

How do all the board games from the ‘80s hold up? I know Axis & Allies is still great, if you have a spare 6 hours or so. Fireball Island reminds me of Lost Valley of the Dinosaurs that I got for Christmas as a kid, really wish I still had it.

It’s part of human nature to want to be a part of a group, probably why sports (even the boring ones) are so popular & why even though the majority of Ford’s cars I don’t care about, I’ll still watch IMSA races & root for the Ford GTs.

They always seemed like a spin off of Valves push into the living room & the use of the Linux OS for gaming, which partially looked to counter Microsoft’s potential push to dominate the PC gaming space again with Windows 10 & their new Microsoft store (which thankfully hasn’t taken off). The living room push worked

I sold a 1980 Ford Escort sport, not sure I’ll be able to afford another with the price they sell for these days.

“engine swapping your way to a V8 Supercar”
I’d rather get the engine from a XR6 sprint (or just get the whole car). I’m pretty sure they sold them at pretty low boost levels so they didn’t out perform the V8 equivalent.

Speaking of patting dogs in games, not being able to interact with Dogmeat in Fallout 4 VR was a missed opportunity.

Nope, but for $299 you can get a Microsoft mixed reality headset with vastly better technology that runs Steam VR games.

Went looking for a replay as it’s not too clear from the wording of the article how the race played out but it sounds like some close racing. Haven’t had a chance to watch yet but there’s a Youtube channel for the Pirelli World Challenge: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC-e9dmYdrviwJ5J891mLhQg

Because they’re not all boring corollas.

Ah you’re right, for some reason I thought Primal came out before. I guess the pricing makes sense now.

Now playing

He’s talked about his 2CV on Youtube as well, driving included.

I’ve always been tempted to pick up Primal when it’s on sale but for some reason it’s always more expensive than the newer Farcry 4 & seeing the price difference always puts me off.

That reminds me of the Street Fighter Assassins Fist movie. I only ever watched the trailers or short clips on Youtube but they seemed to do the game franchise justice.

Seems like a wasted opportunity to reinvent Superman. Being from a totally different solar system they could have had them looking like some strange alien species with some ability for mind suggestion or shape shifting to account for Superman’s transformation from Clark Kent. Maybe some giant blob like creature that

They’re years behind, online streaming has been amazing for racing especially with free services like IMSA.tv allowing you to watch either the broadcast or switch between cars onboard cameras.

I’d agree except the driver in this case is being paid to pay attention.

I guess step 1 to how to get into the Yakuza series is buy the required Playstation consoles for each game. The last Playstation I bought was the 2nd one & it’d take a lot for me to buy another especially since the decline of the Grand Turismo series & the increasing adoption of the PC by Japanese publishers & devs.

How are the gameplay mechanics? Did they shift away from the formula of the earlier games (kill someone hide on a bench or in a huddle of people with hoods). I got burnt out early in the series, especially with the story having a pretty boring premise & the switching between the present & past. The setting is
