In my volunteering life, I prepare Miss America contestants to compete for state titles. I do a lot of interviewing and always looking for new questions. These are awesome cuz they're so weird.

I used to be a sales engineer calling on one of the biggest companies that build ultra secure computers for government and gov't contractor use. Believe me, they have crazy stupid safeguards in place for every single potential hack. This is just stupid.

Sadly. You may be right. That notion is what has kept Sears Portrait Studio open for many years.

That's because "professional" cameras are affordable now and that damn green box makes it just so easy. That coupled with the fact that most people can't tell the difference between good photography and bad photography or color casts or exposure or white balance... Plus they have all their friends blowing smoke up…

An important point: remind the parents prior to and during the shoot to not take their eyes off the photog. Last thing you want is to FINALLY have the kids in perfect pose only to have mom or dad looking over at the kid for no good reason.

Right? That guy needs to spend more time hiking and less time worrying about where he's going to put his food.
