This is so incredibly frustrating.

But then, Obama’s victories required a massive ground game, which was motivated in part by his personality and his identity. I don’t think a Martin O’Malley would’ve been able to get the votes out.

I mean, the Republicans have been basically purposeless since the fall of the Soviet Bloc and they’ve basically been Grover Norquist’s minions since. Everything they’ve done—the culture wars, opposition to racial and gender equity, etc—has been in the service of delivering tax cuts to corporations and the wealthy.

I don’t mean to be a pedant, but this has been coming for much longer than a year. It probably started when our country elected an extremely intelligent, charming, young senator. The problem is that he was born in Kenya, I mean Ethiopia. And he’s definitely a covert for ISIS because his name is ostensibly

Ronald Reagan’s administration tried to classify ketchup as a vegetable, so that all those kids in the school system needn’t be such a drain on our public purse. Since, you know, there was a death tax to repeal.

It’s amazing how Obama can be an “Islamisist” AND a communist in the eyes of conservatives.

I don’t know why conservatives feel the need to tell us this... but in my opinion you guys sold your soul a long time ago during the time you are proud to support so I don’t really give a shit what you think and no I won’t forgive you or let you off the hook for the current climate you helped create.

The Republican Party sold its soul a hell of a lot longer ago than 2016.

Genuinely speaking...what is the Republicans’ soul exactly? They’re supporting a child molester so they can pass a tax plan getting called irresponsible in the pages of Forbes.

Vote. Fucking vote. You have to fucking vote.

Over the past year? My dude, if you think it’s just recently happened, you haven’t been paying attention

Token conservative here. I am absolutely appalled how the Republican party has sold it’s soul over the past year. Trump was bad, this is downright terrifying. How can the party claim to be the “Moral Majority” when they are backing a candidate who may be a serial child molester? It’s not like he took a couple free

First time I have seen Melo come through in a clutch situation.

I don’t know why you’re acting like Figo (Ballon d’Or winner in 2000) and Rui Costa in their prime were a couple of scrubs.

Portugal 2002? And they outplayed Italy in 2006 (with a man down for most of the match!).

I think you’ll do fine actually.

Nice to see that Russia cooked up a relatively easy group to get out of.

I’ve been predicting since January of this year that Republicans will start a war next year in order to drum up patriotic support for the midterms, sometime late spring, or early summer. I just assumed it would be Iran, all Republican rhetoric at the time was about how we desperately needed to rip up the deal Obama

“In the next few years, we’re either going to have an economic recession (like we do roughly once every ten years...”.like we do every time the Republicans gain any modicum of power over the economy.
