I found the best way to deal with it was to disconnect from the media for a week or two. The world is all doom and gloom when you read the media, take a week to remember that the world isn’t all going to shit.

I think Plup puts a ton of pressure on himself. But he’s so withdrawn most of the time, at least as far as i can see, the audience never gets to see it.
